You don’t have to stay stuck. Whether your wounds are from something recent or something long ago, you deserve to move toward wholeness, safety, and a more peaceful self. I help people not only survive but truly heal in a way that is solid, compassionate, and lasting.

I bring expertise in trauma therapy, with training in EMDR, EMDR 2.0, Early Trauma Protocol, Pain Protocol, and Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol. I am also skilled in working with dissociation and parts work. Every session is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, where safety, trust, and presence are the foundation. I believe healing happens when your experience is honored and when your inner strengths are re-discovered. My approach is always personalized—there is no “one-size-fits-all.” We adapt moment to moment, whether you need grounding, parts dialogue, nervous system regulation, EMDR reprocessing, or something in between.

I am passionate about helping clients heal from the ways trauma shows up in the present—whether through feelings of being unworthy, or struggles in relationships. I work with people who sense that parts of them are stuck, unheard, or overwhelmed, and want to find balance again. I believe trauma isn’t just an event in the past—it lives in the body, mind, and relationships—and healing must be holistic. My role is to walk with you, gently and courageously, as you reconnect with your true self.

If this resonates with you—if you’ve ever wished for someone who truly “gets it” and is trained in what actually works for trauma—I would be honored to walk that path with you. There is hope, and healing can feel different.
